This Spring '16 project was to design a Montessori educational facility for students within age groups of (3-12).
Due to the unique location of this project, having Morgan Park on the west side and a clear skyline view on the north it led my focus and approach towards this project to maximize the students outdoors experience while maintaining the integrity of a classroom learning environment.
The program includes: (8 Learning units, fitness facility, outdoors park/play area, teacher's lounge, full administrative unit, and an open library)
